Terms of Service

1. Accepting these terms

By using AdexCS Hub (adexcs.com — “the Site”) you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with them, please stop using the Site. We may update these terms as the Site changes; when we do we will update the date at the top of this page, and continuing to use the Site after that means you accept the new version.

2. Who can use the Site

You need to be at least 13 to use AdexCS Hub, and if you are under 18 you should have a parent or guardian's permission. Two things carry a higher age limit:

• Sponsored offers on the Bonuses page that involve gambling are strictly 18+ (or the legal age where you live, whichever is higher).
• Physical or in-game prizes may require a Steam account in good standing, which has its own age and regional rules.

We may suspend or remove accounts that do not meet these requirements.

3. Your account

You use the Site by linking your Kick account, and optionally your Discord account. You are responsible for anything that happens through your linked accounts, and for keeping access to them secure.

• One account per person. Creating extra accounts to farm gems, enter giveaways more than once, or dodge a ban is not allowed.
• You may optionally save a Steam trade URL on your profile so prizes can be sent to you. You can remove it at any time from your profile page.
• Impersonating another viewer, a moderator, or AdexCS is not allowed.
• We can unlink, suspend, or permanently ban accounts that break these terms.

4. Gems have no real-world value

Gems are the Site's virtual points. You earn them by watching the stream, chatting, opening your daily crate, completing quests, running the Gem Reactor, and through events and promo codes.

• Gems are not money. They cannot be bought, cashed out, exchanged for real currency, or transferred off the Site.
• You do not own Gems — they are a licence to use a feature of the Site, and they carry no value if your account is closed or the Site shuts down.
• Gems can be gifted to other linked users on the Site. Selling or trading them for anything of real-world value, on or off the Site, is not allowed.
• We may adjust, reset, or remove Gem balances — for example to correct a bug, reverse an exploit, or rebalance the economy.

5. Minigames

The Site includes minigames — currently Mines, Crash, Coin Flip, Dice, Keno, Plinko, Wheel, Hi-Lo, Tower and Chicken Cross. They are played only with Gems, they are for entertainment, and because Gems have no cash value, playing them is not gambling and nothing of real-world value is staked or won.

• Outcomes are generated and decided on our server, not in your browser, and the result is final once the server records it.
• Rounds are provably fair: we commit to a hashed server seed before you play, you control the client seed, and rotating your seed reveals the old one so you can replay and check every round. The verifier lives at /fair.
• If a game misbehaves — a round fails, a payout looks wrong, a bug is found — we may correct the affected balances.
• We may change the odds, payouts, limits, or availability of any game, or retire a game entirely.

6. Predictions and the Gem Reactor

Predictions let you stake Gems on the outcome of a match or event. The Gem Reactor is an idle feature that produces Gems over time and can be upgraded with Gems and Cores. Both are entertainment features built on Gems, and the same rules apply: outcomes and payouts are decided server-side, and we may settle, void, or correct a prediction if it was posted in error, the underlying event is cancelled, or the result is disputed.

7. Raffles, giveaways and prizes

Raffles and giveaways may award real prizes, including CS2 skins. Entry usually costs Gems. Each event's own rules — entry cost, entry limits, closing time, eligibility — are shown on the event itself and take priority over this section where they differ.

• Winners are drawn at random from valid entries. A draw is final once announced.
• To receive an in-game prize you will need a valid Steam trade URL and a Steam account able to receive trades. If we cannot reach you or deliver the prize within 14 days of announcing the winner, the prize may be redrawn.
• Prizes are provided as-is, cannot be exchanged for Gems or cash, and there is no cash alternative.
• Entering with multiple accounts, botting entries, or otherwise manipulating a draw voids the entry, forfeits the prize, and may get the account banned.
• Any taxes, fees, or customs charges on a prize are yours to handle.
• We may cancel, pause, or change a giveaway — for example if a sponsor withdraws or the event was posted with the wrong details. Gems spent on entries to a cancelled giveaway are refunded.

8. Store and cosmetics

Gems can be spent in the Store on cosmetic items such as name effects, avatar frames, banners and tags. Cosmetics are purely visual, are tied to your account, and cannot be traded or refunded once bought. Some cosmetics are only available while you are an active Kick subscriber and will unequip automatically if that lapses — you keep ownership and can re-equip them if you resubscribe. We may retire or restyle cosmetics over time.

9. Things you must not do

While using the Site, you agree not to:

• Exploit bugs, glitches, or unintended behaviour instead of reporting them.
• Use bots, scripts, autoclickers, or automated tools to earn Gems, play games, or enter giveaways.
• Run multiple accounts to gain an advantage or evade a ban.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other viewers, moderators, or streamers, on the Site or in chat.
• Try to interfere with the Site's operation — scraping at scale, overloading it, probing for vulnerabilities, or attempting to reach data that is not yours.
• Sell, trade, or hand over your account, Gems, or prizes for real-world value.

We will remove Gems, reverse rewards, and suspend or ban accounts where we find this behaviour. If you do find a bug, telling us in Discord is genuinely appreciated and will not get you punished.

10. Sponsored offers and outside links

The Bonuses page and parts of the Site may link to third-party sites, including sponsors. Those sites are not run by us, we do not control what they do, and their terms and privacy policies apply once you leave. Some sponsors may pay AdexCS a commission for referrals. Where an offer involves gambling, it is 18+ only, legal only where you live if your local law allows it, and you should treat it as entertainment and play responsibly.

11. We are not Kick, Discord, or Valve

AdexCS Hub is an independent community site run by the AdexCS streamer. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Kick, Discord, Valve, Counter-Strike, or Steam. All trademarks and game content belong to their respective owners. The Site's own branding, layout, text and graphics belong to AdexCS and may not be copied or reused without permission.

12. Availability and ending your access

The Site is a hobby project offered as-is. We do not promise it will be online, bug-free, or that your progress will always survive — features can change or disappear, and data can be lost. We may suspend or close any account, or shut the Site down, at any time. You can stop using it whenever you like and ask us in Discord to delete your account. Either way, any Gems, cosmetics, streaks, or Reactor progress on the account are lost and are not compensated.

13. Liability

To the extent the law allows, AdexCS is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site, including lost Gems, lost progress, missed giveaways, or downtime. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited. If some part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still applies.
