Terms of Service
Please read these terms carefully before using the AdexCS Hub platform. By using our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the AdexCS Hub platform ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use this Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you should have parental or guardian consent before using the Platform. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that do not meet eligibility requirements.
3. Virtual Currency (Gems)
The Platform features a virtual currency called "Gems." Gems are earned through watching streams, participating in chat, daily rewards, and other promotional activities. Gems hold NO real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged, traded, sold, or converted into real currency or any other form of value outside the Platform. We reserve the right to modify, reset, or remove Gem balances at any time without prior notice.
4. Minigames & Entertainment
All minigames available on the Platform (including but not limited to Crash, Keno, Chicken Cross, Coin Flip, Dice, and Plinko) are strictly for entertainment purposes only. They involve virtual currency (Gems) that has no real-world value. These games do not constitute real gambling and no real money is wagered or won. Game outcomes are determined by provably fair algorithms. The Platform reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any game at any time.
5. Giveaways & Promotions
Giveaways and promotions on the Platform are subject to their own specific rules and eligibility requirements as stated at the time of each event. Participation may require spending Gems (virtual currency). Winners are selected through fair and transparent methods. The Platform reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend any giveaway or promotion at its discretion. Abuse, fraud, or manipulation of any giveaway system will result in immediate disqualification and potential account termination.
6. Account & Linking
To access certain features, you may link your Discord and/or Kick accounts to the Platform. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your linked accounts. You must not impersonate other users or create multiple accounts to gain unfair advantages. We reserve the right to unlink accounts, suspend, or permanently ban users who violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to: (a) exploit bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any Platform feature; (b) use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the Platform; (c) harass, abuse, or threaten other users; (d) attempt to manipulate Gem balances, leaderboard rankings, or game outcomes; (e) create multiple accounts to circumvent bans or gain advantages; (f) sell, trade, or transfer Gems or account access to third parties; (g) engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the Platform's operation.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. AdexCS makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall AdexCS be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of virtual currency, data, or access. Your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the Platform.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, graphics, logos, and materials on the Platform are the property of AdexCS and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent from AdexCS.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease. Any Gems or virtual items in your account may be forfeited upon termination.
