Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

AdexCS Hub is run by the AdexCS streamer. We only collect what the Site actually needs to work:

• From Kick: your username, Kick user ID and avatar when you link your account, plus whether you are currently a subscriber (so subscriber-only cosmetics unlock).
• From Discord, if you link it: your Discord user ID and username.
• Steam trade URL — only if you choose to add one on your profile, so prizes can be sent to you. You can clear it any time.
• Activity on the Site: your Gem balance and history, XP and rank, cosmetics owned and equipped, minigame rounds, Gem Reactor progress, predictions, giveaway entries and wins, quests, daily crate streak, achievements, and promo codes redeemed.
• Chat participation from the stream: your total message count, when you last chatted, and a timestamped record that you sent a message. We store that a message happened and when — not the text of what you wrote.
• Technical data your browser sends automatically, such as IP address and user agent, used for rate limiting and abuse prevention.

2. How we use it

Your data is used to run the features you are using, and nothing else:

• To keep you signed in and identify your account.
• To award, track and display Gems, XP, ranks, achievements and streaks.
• To run minigames, predictions, the Gem Reactor, giveaways and the Store.
• To send prizes you have won.
• To rate limit requests, spot bots and multi-accounting, and enforce the Terms of Service.
• To show notifications about your account — rank-ups, giveaway wins, gifts, and when your daily crate is ready.
• To see roughly how the Site is used, so it can be improved.

We do not sell your data, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not send marketing email — we do not collect your email address at all.

3. What other people can see

Parts of your profile are public by design, because the Site is built around a community leaderboard. Anyone can see the following without being logged in:

• Your Kick username, avatar, and any cosmetics you have equipped.
• Your rank, level, total gems earned, achievements, and your position on the leaderboard.
• Your public profile page at /u/your-username, showing lifetime gems, messages sent, games played, raffles and predictions won, Reactor output, cosmetics owned and achievements.
• Your username if you win a giveaway, a raffle or a timed drop — including on stream overlays shown to everyone watching.

Your Discord username, Steam trade URL, IP address and account ID are never shown publicly. If you would rather not appear publicly, ask us in Discord and we can remove your account.

4. Cookies and browser storage

The Site does not use tracking cookies or advertising cookies. Instead it keeps a small amount of data in your browser's local storage, which never leaves your device except when your session ID is sent to us to identify you:

• Your session ID, which is what keeps you logged in.
• Preferences such as whether sounds are muted and whether desktop notifications are enabled.

Clearing your browser storage signs you out and resets those preferences. Our analytics provider may set its own cookie — see the next section.

5. Notifications

If you turn on desktop notifications, your browser asks your permission first and you can revoke it at any time in your browser settings. The permission is stored by your browser, not by us; we only record that you enabled the option. Notifications are only sent about your own account activity, never for marketing.

6. Services we rely on

Running the Site means some data passes through other companies. Each has its own privacy policy:

• Kick — account linking, subscriber status, and reading stream chat.
• Discord — optional account linking and community access.
• Steam / Valve — only if you provide a trade URL, and only to send you a prize.
• Vercel — hosting, and Vercel Analytics, which measures page views without building advertising profiles.
• Supabase — the database where your account and progress are stored.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to anyone.

7. Security

Access to the database is restricted and all traffic to the Site is encrypted in transit. That said, this is a community project rather than a bank: no site can promise perfect security, and you should not treat your Gem balance or progress as something guaranteed to survive. Please do not share your session with anyone, and be aware that anyone with access to your Kick account can access your Hub account.

8. How long we keep it, and deleting your account

We keep your account data for as long as your account exists. The timestamped chat-activity records are deleted automatically after about three hours — only your running message count is kept.

• You can ask us to delete your account at any time through Discord.
• Deleting removes your account and everything attached to it — Gems, cosmetics, Reactor progress, giveaway history and stats. This cannot be undone.
• Some records may remain in database backups for a short period after deletion before those backups roll over.
• We may keep a minimal record of a ban so a banned user cannot simply re-register.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access a copy of your data, correct it, have it deleted, restrict or object to how it is used, or receive it in a portable format. You can exercise any of these by asking in Discord — we will not charge you for it and we will not treat you differently for asking.

10. Children

The Site is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a child under 13 has linked an account, tell us in Discord and we will remove it.

11. Changes to this policy

As the Site gains features, this policy will be updated to match. The date at the top of the page always reflects the current version. If something significant changes about what we collect or how it is used, we will say so on the Site rather than changing it quietly.
